Installing Car Seat Base with Vehicle Belt
WARNING
• Not all vehicle belts are safe for use with this car seat. Read the
vehicle belt requirements section in this manual and your vehicle
owner’s manual.
• Refer to vehicle owner’s manual to determine how to secure a child
restraint system (car seat) in your vehicle using the vehicle belt.
• Vehicle belt MUST stay tightly adjusted around Car Seat Base at
all times when installed in a vehicle.
• NEVER install this car seat with the Base if installing with an
inflatable vehicle belt.
• If your vehicle has a storage compartment under the floor, install
car seat with Load Leg in that seating position only if approved by
the vehicle manufacturer.
• ALWAYS store the Load Leg when not in use.
