What to do if no air and media comes out of Clemco BNP nozzle?
    • S
      Samuel HollowaySep 9, 2025
If no air and media are coming out of the nozzle of your Clemco Industrial Equipment, make sure the door interlocks are actuated. If a foot pedal was newly installed, ensure the pneumatic hoses are connected properly. A polluted or blocked moisture separator can also cause this issue, so cleanse it. Finally, check the control lines for leaks, which may require a second person to assist.

What to do if no air and media comes out of the Clemco BNP nozzle?

      John HartAug 23, 2025
If no air and media are coming out of the nozzle of your Clemco Industrial Equipment, the door interlocks may not be actuated. Adjust the pin or door fixing. If the foot pedal was newly installed, check for wrong connections of pneumatic hoses on the foot pedal, which can cause permanent air blow off, and connect them properly. A polluted moisture separator can also cause this issue; cleanse the moisture separator. Additionally, check the control lines for leaks, which may require a second person to check for leakages while the first person is blasting.

Why is there abnormally high media consumption in Clemco Industrial Equipment?
    • B
      Beth Ortega DVMAug 25, 2025
Abnormally high media consumption in Clemco Industrial Equipment can be caused by an open or leaky cyclone door. Replace the gasket to resolve this. Using media that is too fine or lightweight can also lead to high consumption; install and adjust a supplementary Vortex cylinder. High negative pressure can also be a factor.

How to improve the cleaning rate of Clemco BNP?
    • K
      Katherine RushAug 27, 2025
If your Clemco Industrial Equipment has a poor cleaning rate, first check if there is enough blast media in the circuit and refill if necessary. The media metering valve may be adjusted incorrectly, requiring a new adjustment. Reduced air pressure can also cause a poor cleaning rate; check the air supply, and if the static pressure decreases during blasting, inspect the moisture separator, pressure regulator, and nozzle. A blocked blast hose or gun/nozzle can also cause this; push the nozzle against an elastic object and step on the foot pedal, or disassemble the hose or gun and cleanse, searching for the cause of blockage such as a missing or overfilled screen in the reclaimer.

    • M
      Mrs. Jessica RomeroAug 27, 2025
If dust comes out of the blower of your Clemco Industrial Equipment, it could be due to a defective dust filter gasket. Replace the gasket. Alternatively, the cartridge itself may be defective, requiring replacement.

Why is there only air and no media coming out of the Clemco Industrial Equipment nozzle?
    • S
      Sabrina ParksAug 29, 2025
If air comes out of the nozzle of your Clemco Industrial Equipment but no media, first check if there is blast media in the blast circuit and refill if necessary. The media may also be moist. Remove the moist media and eliminate the cause of humid air supply.
