What to do if my Clemco BNP Industrial Equipment has poor cleaning rate?

If your Clemco Industrial Equipment has a poor cleaning rate, start by checking if there's enough blast media in the circuit and refill if necessary. Ensure the media metering valve is correctly adjusted. Check the air supply for reduced air pressure, inspecting the moisture separator, pressure regulator, and nozzle. A blocked blast hose, gun, or nozzle can also cause this; try pushing the nozzle against an elastic object while stepping on the foot pedal, or disassemble and clean the hose or gun. Also, a worn nozzle can reduce cleaning rate, so replace if needed. Finally, moist blast media can cause issues; remove the moist media and address the source of moisture.
