4.3 Transport, storage and pack-
aging
In order to load/unload the platform, it is possi-
ble to use a travelling crane of adequate capac-
ity, sling the MEWP by the connections on the
stabilizers (Picture 16a). For a correct and safe
transport, sling the MEWP to the transport vehi-
cle by using the apposite connections on the
frame (Picture 16b).

Lifting operations must be carried out when
the machine is closed.
Be careful not to damage machine.
Always use the personal protection equip-
ment; do not handle ropes or chains without
gloves.
The presence of people in proximity of MEWP
during the operations is forbidden.
Alternatively, the loading/unloading can be done
through ramp, exploiting the motricity of the machine
as well as its ability to overcome slope approach an-
gle lower than 14° (25%). If you choose this option,
please proceed with the following procedure, care-
fully reading the danger notes suggested.
