Composition: mixture of mineral oils, calcium-
lithium complex thickener, additives and Tef-
lon®. (working range: from -20°C to +120°C)
• for fifth wheel, greasers, bearings, pins and
supports:
ARTOS-BA NF 2
Composition: mixture of mineral oils and addi-
tives. NLGI 2 class.
(working range: from -20°C to +160°C)
Lubricant:
• for chains:
Interflon Fin Lube Ep Plus
Composition: mixture of mineral oils and veg-
etables, additives and Teflon®.
Density at 20°C: 0,89 g/cm3
Kinematic Viscosity at 20°C (ASTM D2983):
380 mPa.
Before oil replacement, place an oil drip tray
in order to avoid the leakage of oil in the en-
vironment. Do not disperse the exhausted
oil or other consumables in the environ-
ment; put them in the appropriate contain-
ers and give them to the authorized collec-
tion centres.
8.14 Indications for the demolition
of the MEWP
In case of demolition, the machine
must be dismantled completely
according to the laws in force.
The different types of materials should be dis-
tributed to the respective authorized collec-
tion centres.
The following material must be subjected to differen-
tiated disposal and then positioned in suitable con-
tainers:
▪ Ferrous materials: carpentries and mechanical
components.
▪ Plastic materials: gaskets, belts, protections.
▪ Electrical materials: windings, commands, sole-
noid valves and similar.
▪ Oils and lubricants: hydraulic oil, reducers lubri-
cants, lubricating greases.
