4.3 Service
4.3.1 Software
In this section you can manage software versions, upload and save configurations and reset
the SAILOR XTR Ka to factory default.
Upload
The following items are required before the software can be updated:
• One computer with a standard Ethernet port available.
• A standard Internet browser.
• One straight LAN cable.
• The file with the new software.
1. Power up the SAILOR XTR Ka system, i.e. switch on the BDU. Wait until the text
INITIALISING has disappeared from the BDU display.
2. Connect a PC to he front LAN connector of the BDU.
3. Open your Internet browser and enter the IP address of the BDU. The IP address is
http://192.168.0.1 (default).
4. Type in the user name (admin or guest) and password.
