From the inlet valve, the water flows to the inlet solenoid valve, on the rear side of the machine, and
then through the pre-filter.
After pre-filtering, the water is pumped at high pressure to the osmosis vessel that contains membranes.
The pre-filtering of any sediment and chlorine serves to retain the solid impurities that may damage the
pump or membranes.
The activated charcoal pre-filter allows, without compromising the properties of mineral water, to
eliminate the unpleasant taste of chlorine and it's able to adsorb any organic micropollutants present in
traces, various organic and inorganic chemical compounds (such as compounds of chlorine), the residual
chlorine used to disinfect water, haloforms, pesticides, surfactants.
The phase of reverse osmosis is the last and most important process that takes place inside the machine.
The membrane is a selective spiral wound type. Water permeates through a film and following the
collection pipes, converges in the central pipe of the membrane on which the film, in various layers, is
wrapped. From the central pipe, the permeate conveys water directly to the service. The water and the
rejected substances that are not permeated form the concentrate/drain.
The concentrate is also used to clean the membrane and it is directly connected to the drain system by a
proper brackets.
The mix valve, in the machine rear side, allows the user to choose the hardness or the saltiness of the
water produced. The mix valve should be calibrated during the installation phase.
EASY:BLUE also permits the treated water to retain about 10 - 15% of the original saline properties.
The machine has a conductivity probe to check water quality.
For the control of start/stop, the machine is equipped with a max pressure switch placed before the
permeate outlet.
For pump safety, the machine has an adjustable minimum pressure switch.
The machine can be supplied in two versions: one with plastic frontal and the other one with frontal and
cover in stainless steel aisi 304.
The percentage of dissolved salts and other rejected elements is affected by the quality
of water, the temperature, the pressure and the totality of dissolved salts and it is
different depending on types of salts or elements.
The treatment of particularly turbid water or water with many impurities can clog the
pre-filters and/or membranes, causing a decline in water flow rate an quality.
You cannot treat waste water, seawater or other water in chemical, physical and
bacteriological conditions that aren't in the practical possibilities of reverse osmosis
treatment (industrial waste water or chemical processing).
This equipment requires regular maintenance to ensure treated water potability.
