7 TROUBLE-SHOOTING
The operations must be done by qualified personnel only, with exception of the
operations marked with *.
Problem:
Display doesn't turn on
Cause
Solution
Electric supply failure.
Check power plug is connected and there is power. *
Burned fuse.
Remove the fuse and check it, if it's burned replace it.
Disconnected display cable.
Check the display cable connected to the board, if untied secure it
properly.
Defective Display.
Replace the display.
Defective board.
Replace the board.
Problem:
Intervention on the fuse and thermal switch protection.
Cause
Solution
Burned motor.
Replace the motor and the fuses.
Incorrect wiring.
Check status, isolation, and tightening of wiring.
Leakage.
Check status, isolation, and tightening of wiring. Check condition and
operation of electronic board.
Problem:
Intervention on the differential protection switch.
Cause
Solution
Defective motor.
Replace the motor.
Incorrect wiring.
Check status, isolation, and tightening wiring.
Problem:
The display show “ Leakage Alarm”
Cause
Solution
Leakage.
Open the machine and look carefully all hydraulic circuit for leakages.
Leakage probe in short
circuit.
Check leakage probe position. If directly in contact with metal parts of
the machine, place in a different position.
Defective board.
Replace the board.
Problem:
With turned on and functioning display, after opening the tap, the motor doesn't
start.
Cause
Solution
Blocked pump.
Replace the pump.
Damaged motor.
Replace the motor.
Incorrect wiring.
Check the wiring and the cable fixing to the terminals.
Incorrect manual / electric
tap setting.
Access the programming menu of the electronic board and check the
tap setting.
Problem:
With turned on and functioning display, the inlet solenoid valve doesn't open.
Cause
Solution
Damaged solenoid valve.
Replace the solenoid valve.
Burned coil.
Replace the coil.
Incorrect wiring.
Check the wiring and the cable fixing to the terminals
