19. TIME CARD NUMBER DELETE
When you want to delete a time card data or all the time cards data in time
recorder, you can use this function.
Example: to delete time card No. 12.

1) Open the cover then press
both the “F” button and “-”
button. The number of cards
used will be shown on LCD
display.

 

2) Press the “+” or “-” button to
012 (card number) then
press “E” button.

 


The time card NO. 12 data in
time recorder will be deleted.
3) If you want to delete all the
time card data,
press the “+”
or “-” button to ALL, then
press “E” button.

