TROUBLESHOOTING
5.1 Introduction
5.1.1 General
This chapter provides the procedures to be followed in order to locate the faulty
component when a trouble arises in the SRT X-BAND RADAR SYSTEM.
5.1.2 Organization
The troubleshooting procedures are described by means of flow charts. When
the faulty component is located, refer to Chapter 6 for its replacement.
5.1.3 Personnel
The personnel involved in the troubleshooting procedures must be of a skilled
technician type and must have a good knowledge of the equipment.
5.1.4 Tools and Instruments
For the execution of the troubleshooting procedures, besides usual tools
(screwdrivers, pliers, etc.), the following instruments are required:
