2.4 Power supply
The power supply requirements for ST650EX / ST650-CO
2
/ ST350EX sensing head are stated in
the technical specifications.
To maintain optimal use and reliability under heavy industrial circumstances, the following
requirements should be taken into account:
The power supply of the control system should be a valid CE approved design with a
maximum amount of protection against overload and power failure.
In heavy duty industrial applications, the use of a power backup system (UPS) and/or
emergency power supply is recommended.
