SPAN calibration for all sensors
Once the calibration level has been calculated, the sensitivity of the sensing head can be set (always
carry out a zero level calibration first).
Proceed as follows:
 Connect the flow adapter with the sensor.
 Connect the water bottle between the gas cylinder and the flow adapter (only applicable for
the ST350EX!)
 Open the valve of the gas cylinder.
 Apply synthetic air with a flow of 20~30 l/h.
 Wait about 3 minutes for the sensor to stabilise.
 Adjust the current level using the SPAN potentiometer.
 Remove the calibration gas and the sensor signal should return to 4mA.
