Signal connections for operation in Keypad mode

the version code.)
Keypad mode is normally used only for the following:
• Setting up
• Monitoring purposes
For normal use of keypad mode, the RUN contact (shown in grey)
should not be connected.
Product familiarisation
The connections for Keypad mode are also used for product
familiarisation (Chapter 4 Programming Instructions on page 21 and
Chapter 5 Getting Started on page 28) where the motor is to be started
and stopped. In this case, a RUN contact should be connected.
