9.7 Multi-Master Networks
Profibus-DP networks can operate with more than one master device
connected to the same lines. Commander SE, Unidrive and Mentor II
Profibus-DP interfaces can all operate on multi-master networks, but
each device can only be assigned to one of the master devices.
Consult the supplier of your master controller for more details about
implementing multi-master Profibus-DP networks.
