Assembling the arm
- Position the arm over the pin holes A (fig. 2), fitting the 2 washers B (fig. 2) above and
below.
- Insert pin A and screw on the nut until there is a slight resistance in the rotation of
the arm.
Assembling the tower
- Fit the tower into the threaded pins.
- Secure the tower to the cabinet with the nuts and washers A (fig. 3).
HOISTING / MOVING
To remove the machine from the pallet, sling it as shown in figure 4.
This lifting point must be used whenever you need to change the position of the
machine. Do not attempt to move the machine until it has been disconnected from the
electrical and air networks.
INSTALLATION CLEARANCES
WARNING
Choose the place of installation in strict observance of local regulations regarding
safety in the workplace.
IMPORTANT: for correct, safe use of the equipment, users must ensure a lighting level
of at least 300 lux in the place of use.
ATTENTION
If the machine is to be installed outdoors, it must be properly protected from adver-
se weather by a roof.
Place the tyre changer in the designated work position observing the minimum clea-
rances shown in figure 5.
Ambient conditions in the place of operation
- Relative humidity from 30% to 95% without condensation.
- Temperature range from 0°C to 50°C.
ATTENTION
The machine must not be operated in potentially explosive atmosphere.
