The leak tester automatically defaults to keyboard lock when turning on the power. Unlock the keyboard to
change the settings.
a) To unlock the keyboard
Press the ▲UP key and the RIGHT ► key simultaneously for 1 second or longer, and the KEYBOARD
UNLOCK LED will light.
b) To lock the keyboard
Press the ◄ LEFT key and the DOWN▼ key at the simultaneously for 1 second or longer, and the
KEYBOARD UNLOCK LED going off.

When the power is turned on, the leak tester automatically defaults to remote mode. Press MAN/REM key
to switch.
a) In remote
The leak tester can be controlled only by an external device through the control I/O port. The MAN
LED turns on.
b) In manual
The leak tester can be controlled by the keyboard. The MAN LED turns off.

a) Start
When in manual, pressing the START key starts a leak test.
When in remote, transmitting START signal through control I/O port starts a leak test.
b) Stop
Pressing the STOP key during leak test operation clears all the output and halts the leak test.
Pressing the STOP key in other modes returns to the Measurement mode. This can be done in both
manual and remote.

In remote, channel can be switched by transmitting external signal through control I/O port. In manual, take
the following procedures:
<Operation>
a) Press the SHIFT key to display SFt on the leak rate indicator.
b) Press the ▲UP key, and the channel indicator blink.
c) Press the ▲UP key and the DOWN▼ key to switch the channel number.
d) Press the ENTER key to complete it.
