Pressurization valve failure detection
Verifies DPS offset during a pre-determined waiting time, upon completion of
the leak test, If DPS offset exceeds its limit, error message (E-9) is displayed
by regarding the status of AV1 (pressurization valve) as not closed.
NOTE
Memory switch #23 needs to be set at “00” when the positive test pressure is
less than 10kPa or the negative one is less than –20kPa.
