■ Adjust Front Axle Pivot
If the front axle pivot pin has been adjusted
incorrectly, vibration can be triggered on the front
wheels, possibly leading to vibration in the steering
wheel.
Adjusting procedure
Tighten the adjusting bolts to the torque of 106.2
ft•lbs to 132.8 ft•lbs (78.4 to 98.0 N•m). Make sure
that the free play on the front axle in the forward/
reverse direction measures about 0.024 in. (0.6 mm).
