4. Lift up the hood with both hands and tilt it forward.
(a) Tilt the hood forward
■ Close the Hood
1. Lower the front loader down to the ground and
make sure that the bucket is also level with the
ground.
2. Lift up the hood with both hands and tilt it toward
the engine side.
3. Lock the hood open/close knob by turning it
counterclockwise while slightly pushing the upper
portion of the hood.
4. Lift the hood guard until a locking sound is heard.
●When closing the hood, avoid pinching fingers
with the hood.
●Periodically clean around the hood open/close
knob. Accumulation of soil or dust can cause the
knob to be difficult to turn.
