0 Sequencing error. Normally caused by turning off Motor Commissioning Test.

3 Motor overtemperature > Motor Temperature Hot parameter (active only when temp sensor
is present).
4 Controller overtemperature.
5 Controller undertemperature.
6 Battery overvoltage.
7 Battery severe overvoltage.
9 Motor parameter out of range; check to be sure motor has no load.
10 Motor Poles not set (set the correct PMAC Motor Type).
20 Sin/Cos sensor not found.
21 Phasing not detected (check to be sure the motor has no load, and Motor Type is setup rst, as
this sets Motor Poles automatically).
22 Sin/Cos sensor characterization failure. (as above, check Motor Type is setup rst, as this sets
Motor Poles automatically).
23 Started motor commissioning while motor rotating.
24 Sin/Cos signal too noisy for characterization.
14. When the test is complete, cycle KSI to clear the Parameter Change fault, then attempt to drive
the motor in the forward direction. If the motor turns in the reverse direction, invert the Swap
Direction parameter in the Commissioning Tests menu (there is no swap two phases parameter
like the induction motor control – swap direction takes care of both).
Motor » 1-PMAC » Commissioning Tests » Swap Direction
15. Return to Chapter 7 and complete Initial Setup Steps 12 through 15.
