Arm Positioning: 2-A
1. Stand at 45 degrees to the face of the machine
with your feet apart and knees bent slightly.
2. Grasp the handle while keeping your arm straight
and elbow slightly bent. Maintain this position
throughout the exercise.
3. Draw the handle upwards and diagonally across
your body and maintain torso musculature
contracted throughout the motion.
NOTE: Your range of motion has been exceeded
when torso rotation occurs with continued
motion.
4. Return to starting position and repeat, then
perform motion on the opposite side.
NOTE: Exercise may be performed with the machine arm in various positions for
numerous paths-of-motion. Altering your standing position can change the force
curve for the motion dependent upon your goal.
