Tricep Extension
Arm Positioning: 9-C
1. Stand facing away from the machine, positioning
your feet staggered and leaning forward slightly at
the hips for balance.
2. Hold the grips with your arms raised shoulder level
and elbows flexed 90 degrees. Maintain your
upper arms level with the ground.
3. With palms facing forward, press the handles out
extending your arms.
4. Return to the starting position and repeat.
