3. Removing pulley (refer to steps 3A - 3C and Figure 4).
A. Have an assistant hold the top pulley shown in Figure 4.
! CAUTION: If an assistant does not hold pulley while performing step 3B then
pulley will fall and may drop on your head.
B. Remove pulley from top weight connector. NOTE: Lift top weight slightly when
removing pulley.
C. Hang portion of cable over the door so the cable will be out of the way when installing
the weight stack.
