Front Wheel/Front Fork/Steering
● Assemble the spring to the fork tube.
NOTE
● Assemble the fork tube cap bolt to the fork tube.
Assembly (Installation)
● Assemble the front fork to the steering stem.
● Assemble the front fork setting bolt.
Torque value: 1.1kg-m(11N.m, 8ft-lb)
● Install the following parts.
- Front wheel ( 12-5)
- Brake caliper ( 14-6)
- Front fender ( 4-10)
- Front cover ( 4-3)

Install the spring with the smaller pitch side
facing downward.
