Cylinder Head/Valve
● Manually turn the camshaft bearing outer race,
and check if it turns smoothly.
● Check the bearing for wear or damage.
Cylinder Head Removal
● Remove the engine from the frame.(⇨ section 5)
● Remove the camshaft.
● Remove the cylinder head from the cylinder.
● Remove the gasket, dowel pin and cam chain
guide from the cylinder.
Cylinder Head Disassembly
● Remove the carburetor insulator.
● Remove the spark plug from the cylinder head.
