water)

operating.

interface.
To solve the error code
INFORMATION
It is recommended to perform the checks in the listed
order.
NOTICE
Focus the troubleshooting on the domestic hot water
circuit.
1 Check that all stop valves of the water circuit are open. See
"3.3Water circuit"on page95.
Possible cause: Closed stop valve in the water circuit.
2 Perform a check of the air purge valves. See "3.3 Water
circuit"on page95.
Possible cause: Air in the water circuit.
3 Check the water flow. See "3.3Water circuit"on page95.
Possible cause: Water flow is too low.
4 Check the water pressure. See "3.3Water circuit"on page95.
Possible cause: Water pressure is too low.
5 Check the water volume. See "3.3Water circuit"on page95.
Possible cause: Water volume is too low.
6 Check if a by‑pass is installed in the water circuit. See
"3.3Water circuit"on page95.
Possible cause: No by‑pass installed in the water circuit.
7 Clean the water filter. See "4Maintenance"on page99.
Possible cause: Faulty or dirty water filter.
8 Perform an electrical check of the water flow sensor. See
"2.25Water flow sensor"on page87.
Possible cause: Faulty water flow sensor.
