3 Unlock the main PCB brackets.
4 Remove the main PCB from the PCB mounting plate.
5 To install the new outdoor unit main PCB, see "Repair
procedures"on page72.
To install the main PCB
1 Install the main PCB on the PCB mounting plate.

2 Lock the main PCB brackets.
3 Install and tighten the 8 screws to fix the main PCB to the PCB
mounting plate.
4 Connect all connectors to the main PCB assembly.

To adjust the wiring of the main PCB
1 Adjust the wiring according to the wiring diagram and
connection diagram, see "5.2Wiring diagram"on page101.
2 Check that all connectors are fully plugged‑in. All colour codes
MUST correspond.
3 Check that no connectors are damaged.

2.18.1 Checking procedures
INFORMATION
It is recommended to perform the checks in the listed
order.
To perform a mechanical check of the propeller
fan blade assemblies
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the unit via the user interface.
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.
Prerequisite: Remove the required plate work, see "2.19 Plate
work"on page77.
1 Check the state of the propeller fan blade assemblies for
damage, deformations and cracks.
