INFORMATION
It is recommended to perform the checks in the listed
order.
NOTICE
Focus the troubleshooting on the space cooling circuit.
1 Check that all stop valves of the water circuit are open. See
"3.3Water circuit"on page95.
Possible cause: Closed stop valve in the water circuit.
2 Perform a check of the air purge valves. See "3.3 Water
circuit"on page95.
Possible cause: Air in the water circuit.
3 Check the water flow. See "3.3Water circuit"on page95.
Possible cause: Water flow is too low.
4 Check the water pressure. See "3.3Water circuit"on page95.
Possible cause: Water pressure is too low.
5 Check the water volume. See "3.3Water circuit"on page95.
Possible cause: Water volume is too low.
6 Check if a by‑pass is installed in the water circuit. See
"3.3Water circuit"on page95.
Possible cause: No by‑pass installed in the water circuit.
7 Clean the water filter. See "4Maintenance"on page99.
Possible cause: Faulty or dirty water filter.
8 Perform an electrical check of the water flow sensor. See
"2.25Water flow sensor"on page87.
Possible cause: Faulty water flow sensor.
9 Perform a check of the 3-way valve. See "2.13-way valve" on
page35.
Possible cause: Faulty 3‑way valve.
10 Perform a check of the water pump. See "2.26Water pump"on

11 Perform a check of the hydro PCB. See "2.14 Hydro PCB"on

Possible cause: Faulty hydro PCB.
12 Perform a check of the backup heater. See "2.4 Backup

13 Perform a check of the booster heater. See "2.6 Booster

Possible cause: Faulty booster heater.

1.4.5 7H-07 – Abnormal flow / pump de-
blocking
Trigger Effect Reset
Unit detects that the
pump might be
blocked.
Unit will NOT stop
operating. Pump
de‑blocking routine
started (30minutes).
Automatic reset when
pump is de‑blocked.
To solve the error code
1 No specific check / repair procedures can be performed to solve
this error code. Wait until the pump de–blocking routine is
finished (±30minutes maximum).
INFORMATION
As long as the pump de‑blocking routine is active, the error
code will be displayed on the user interface.

1.4.6 80-00 – Inlet water thermistor abnormality

2 Perform a check of the hydro PCB. See "2.14 Hydro PCB"on

Possible cause: Faulty hydro PCB.

abnormality
