2.16 LAN adapter PCB
2.16.1 Checking procedures
INFORMATION
It is recommended to perform the checks in the listed
order.
To check the wiring of the LAN adapter PCB
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the unit via the user interface.
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.
Prerequisite: Remove the required plate work, see "2.19 Plate
work"on page77.
1 Check that all connectors are fully plugged‑in. All colour codes
MUST correspond.
2 Check that no connectors are damaged.
3 Check that the wiring corresponds with the wiring diagram, see
"5.2Wiring diagram"on page101.
Is the wiring on the LAN
adapter PCB correct?
Action
Yes Return to "2.16.1Checking
procedures"on page66 of the
LAN adapter PCB and continue
with the next procedure.
No Adjust the wiring of the LAN
adapter PCB, see "2.16.2Repair
procedures"on page66.
To perform an electrical check of the LAN adapter
PCB
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the unit via the user interface.
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.
Prerequisite: Remove the required plate work, see "2.19 Plate
work"on page77.
1 Turn ON the power of the unit.
2 Check all LEDs for correct functioning. If all LEDs are blinking
fast, the LAN adapter PCB is in error status.

2.16.2 Repair procedures
To adjust the wiring of the LAN adapter PCB
1 Adjust the wiring according to the wiring diagram and
connection diagram, see "5.2Wiring diagram"on page101.
2 Check that all connectors are fully plugged‑in. All colour codes
MUST correspond.
3 Check that no connectors are damaged.

To remove the LAN adapter PCB
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the unit via the user interface.
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.
Prerequisite: Remove the required plate work, see "2.19 Plate
work"on page77.
1 Disconnect all connectors and the ground wire from the LAN
adapter PCB.
2 Carefully pull the LAN adapter PCB and unlatch the PCB
supports one by one using a small pliers.
3 Remove the LAN adapter PCB from the switch box.
4 To install the LAN adapter PCB, see "2.16.2 Repair
procedures"on page66.
To install the LAN adapter PCB
1 Install the LAN adapter PCB in the correct location in the switch
box.
2 Latch the PCB supports using a small pliers to fix the LAN
adapter PCB.
3 Connect all connectors and ground wire to the LAN adapter
PCB.
