Prerequisite: Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.
Prerequisite: Remove the required plate work, see "2.19 Plate
work"on page77.
Prerequisite: Recuperate the refrigerant from the refrigerant circuit,
see "3.2.2Repair procedures"on page93.
1 Disconnect the refrigerant pipes from the liquid and gas service
ports.
2 Remove the screws and unhook the hydrobox from the unit.

INFORMATION
This procedure is just an example and may differ on some
details for your actual unit.
1 Install (hook) the hydrobox in the correct location on the unit.
2 Install the screws to fix the hydrobox to the unit.

3 Connect the refrigerant pipes to the liquid and gas service
ports.
4 Add refrigerant to the refrigerant circuit, see "3.2.2 Repair
procedures"on page93.
2.20 Reactor
2.20.1 Checking procedures
To perform an electrical check of the reactor
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the unit via the user interface.
Prerequisite: Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.
Prerequisite: Remove the required plate work, see "2.19 Plate
work"on page77.
1 Open the compressor insulation.
2 Remove the cover of the compressor wire terminals.

INFORMATION
The reactor will trip at a temperature of 115°C and will
reset at a temperature of 95°C.
3 Measure the resistance on the following locations of the reactor.
Resistance values MUST be as follows:
