3 Pull and remove the propeller fan blade assembly from the DC
fan motor assembly.
4 To install the propeller fan blade assembly, see "2.18.2Repair
procedures"on page75.
To remove the DC fan motor assembly
1 Remove the propeller fan blade assembly from the DC fan
motor assembly, see "2.18.2Repair procedures"on page75.
2 Remove the front plate of the outdoor unit, see "2.19 Plate
work"on page77.
3 Disconnect the DC fan motor connector.
4 Cut the tie straps.
5 Detach the DC fan motor harness from the cable clamps.
6 Guide the DC fan motor harness through the opening between
the partition plate and the stop valve mounting plate.
7 Remove the 4 screws that fix the DC fan motor assembly.
8 Remove the DC fan motor assembly from the unit.
9 To install the DC fan motor assembly, see "2.18.2 Repair
procedures"on page75.
To install the DC fan motor assembly
1 Install the DC fan motor assembly in the correct location.
2 Install and tighten the 4 screws.
3 Route the DC fan motor harness through the cable clamps.
4 Route the DC fan motor harness through the opening between
the partition plate and the stop valve mounting plate.
5 Connect the DC fan motor connector.
6 Install new tie straps.
7 Install the front plate of the outdoor unit, see "2.19 Plate
work"on page77.
8 Install the propeller fan blade assembly, see "2.18.2 Repair
procedures"on page75.
To install the propeller fan blade assembly
1 Install the propeller fan blade assembly on the DC fan motor
assembly.
CAUTION
Do NOT install a damaged propeller fan blade assembly.
2 Install and tighten the nut to fix the propeller fan blade
assembly.

3 Install the air discharge grill and fix it by tightening the nuts.
