4.31 Inverter Compressor Motor Lock

Method of Error
Detection
PCB takes the position signal from UVW line connected between the inverter and compressor, and
the error is detected when any abnormality is observed in the phase-current waveform.

Conditions
This error will be output when the inverter compressor motor does not start up even in forced
startup mode.

Inverter compressor lock
High differential pressure (0.5 MPa (72.5 psi) and above)
Incorrect UVW wiring
Defective PCB
Stop valve is not opened
Troubleshooting
Caution
Be sure to turn off the power switch before connecting or disconnecting
connectors, or parts may be damaged.

Check the compressor cable
for disconnection and flaws.

proper order and

Disconnect the cable from the
compressor, and then check
the compressor for the
insulation resistance.

Open the stop valve.
