Stroke: program a known stroke value for the blade.
AD-value: program the required feedback voltage for this stroke. The input voltage must be
programmed in the range 0-4095, representing an input voltage in the range 0-10V.
The adjustment procedure to find the correct AD-values is similar to the procedure for angle
values as described in section 2.5.
