7.5 Dismantling of the conveyor belts
On the conveyor table assembly there are parts that are subject to wear and tear due to
elevated working hours and stress:
•The belts (1)
• The toothed belt that transmits motion to the belts (2)
NOTE The belts can be dismantled in order to be able replace them in case they
wear out. To do this loosen the screws (2) this will cause the aluminum roller
to loosen the tension on the belt, and consequently the belt will be able to
be removed by pulling it sideways. The screws (2) are also used to tension
and centre the belt on the rollers.
