5. Remove the solid-state drive from M.2 slot two.

rear-I/O cover.
7. Remove the computer base.

Steps
1. Using the pull tab, disconnect the card-reader board cable from the system board.
2. Remove the three screws (M2.5x2.5) that secure the card-reader board to the palm-rest assembly.
3. Remove the card-reader board cable from the routing guides on the palm-rest assembly.
4. Lift the SD card reader board off the palm-rest assembly.
