Steps
1. Disconnect the keyboard backlight cable and keyboard cable from the system board.
2. Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board.
3. Peel the tapes that secure the speaker cable to the system board and palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
4. Note the routing of the speaker cable, and remove the speaker cable from the routing guides on the palm-rest and keyboard
assembly.
NOTE: Note the position of the rubber grommets before lifting the speakers.
5. Lift the speakers, along with the cable, off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.

If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
