e) Counting modes:
Special D1225 ~ D1228 are for setting up different counting modes of the hardware high speed counters
(HHSC0 ~ 3) in EH/EH2/SV series MPU. There are normal ~ 4 times frequency for the counting and the
default setting is double frequency.
