The instruction performs high speed positioning on 2 axes to the target position (K12345, H7567). The target
position can be an absolute coordinate or relative coordinate, which is determined by ABST / INCT (G90/G91)
instruction above and closest to DRV. The moving speed on X axis is not set (i.e. output by V

), and Y axis
outputs at 40K pulses per second.
