Check communication between CPU and the HDMI Switcher1 device.
When the results of check item (7) are "the communication results are not OK"
Checking device. (HDMI Switcher1)
Check the power supply voltage. (HDMI Switcher1)
Check item (7). Check communication between CPU and the HDMI
Switcher1 device. :
Check by reading device ID and revision of each device.
Check communication between HDMI Switcher1 (U1003) and CPU
(U1018) .
Send the following command from Termite.exe.
Send the command "i 0028 0000 0001".
Is the return value "01" ?
If the communication results are not OK
If the communication results are OK
Example :
If it is normal, "01" is returned.

Does the power supply voltage of the HDMI Switcher1 (U1003) indicate the correct voltage (1.1V, 3.3V)?
The test points are as follows.
U1003

Check item(9). Check the power supply voltage. :
Check the power components (U1066/U1065) and the pattern on
the substrate.
If there is no problem, remove the HDMI Switcher1 (U1003) from
the substrate and measure the voltage at the test point of check
item (8).
Is the voltage correct (1.1 V or 3.3 V)?
HDMI Switcher1(U1003) device
is failure.
Replace with a new device.
The power supply circuit is
faulty.
Replace the PCB.
Recheck from check item (3).
If it does not work, replace the PCB.
