You'll get a notification if the StelobyDexcom app isn't working as intended. Three of
these messages are shown next.
What you see What it means
Help
Always keep phone within 20 feet of your
sensor. Wait up to 30 minutes.
Signal Loss
Signal Loss
Lets you know when your smartphone temporarily stops
getting readings because there's an issue with the
connection.
Help
Don’t remove sensor. Temporary issue.
Wait up to 3 hours.
Brief Sensor Issue
Brief Sensor Issue
Lets you know when the sensor can't read your glucose
right now.
Sensor Failed
Replace Sensor Now
Sensors can only be used for one
session. No readings until you start a
new sensor.

In-app notifications
These notifications let you know when you're not getting
readings. They include Sensor Failed, Replace Sensor
Now, and similar notifications.
