Responding to in-app notifications
Sometimes your app will show a notification on
the glucose tab to let you know there's an issue
with the StelobyDexcom app.
These notifications will tell you how to fix the
issue.
If you have a smartwatch, it may display
notifications. Tapping OK on your smartwatch lock
screen will acknowledge the notification in your
app too.
For most issues, you won't get readings until the
situation has been fixed.
Phone Bluetooth is Off
Bluetooth must be on foryourapp to work.
To fix, turn on Bluetooth in phone
settings.
Noreadings until Bluetooth is on.
Tips
Notification vibrations feel the same as notifications you get from other apps on your
smartphone. The only way to know if it's from the StelobyDexcom app is to look at
your smartphone.
In the app, you see notifications on your lock screen and Apple Watch. If you're not
seeing any data, open your app.
If your smartwatch battery gets too low to show your glucose information, use the app
on your smartphone.
