所有灯都不亮
No LED is working
检查输入电压，如果正常更换充电器。
Check the input voltage,if good, the charger should to be
replaced.

三个灯同时闪烁一次
3 LED lamps blink once
simultaneously
1. 输出电压超出限制值。（1.3 秒闪烁一次）
2. 输出端开路或短路或输出正负反向。（4 秒闪烁一次）
检查电瓶和充电器连接是否正确。
1. Output voltage is over a limit. (Duration 1.3sec once)
2. Output is open or short or output terminals are reversed.
(Duration 4sec once)
Check the connect from battery to charger.

三个灯同时闪烁两次
3 LED lamps blink twice
simultaneously
输入电压超出范围。检查 AC 输入电压，充电器显示 AC 电
压太高或者太低。
Input voltage is out of the range. AC input fault: Check the
AC input, too high or too low.

三个灯同时闪烁三次
3 LED lamps blink three
times simultaneously
充电器的内部温度超过了限制。不需要采取行动，当充电器
降温，充电会自动重启。
The internal temperature of the charger exceeds a limit.No
need any action, the charger will be restart when the
temperature come down.

三个灯同时闪烁四次
3 LED lamps blink four
times simultaneously
输出电流超出限度。不需要采取行动，充电器会自动矫正和
重启。
Output current exceeds a limit. No need any action, the
charger will be corrected and restart automatically.
1.5 安全臂的使用（How to use the safety arm）
1) 升起平台到距离地面约2.5m高度。（Raise the platform approximately 2.5 m from the
ground.）
2) 提起安全臂，移动安全臂到剪叉轴套中间，向上旋转至垂直状态。（Lift the safety arm, move
it to the center of the scissor arm and rotate up to a vertical position.）
3) 降低平台高度，直到安全臂与轴套管完全接触。降下平台时，要远离移动部位。（Lower the
platform until the safety arm rests securely on the link. Keep clear of the safety arm when
lowering the platform.）
