扭矩按下列要求（Torque to specification）：

无润滑的液压油箱放油塞（Hydraulic tank drain plug, dry）
4 Nm
润滑的液压油箱放油塞（Hydraulic tank drain plug, lubricated）
2.9 Nm
8) 在油箱中加适量液压油，注意不要溢出。（Fill the tank with hydraulic oil until the fluid is full
in the hydraulic tank. Do not overfill.）
9) 启动油泵将液压油注满整个液压系统排除液压系统中的空气。（Activate the pump to fill the
hydraulic system with oil and bleed the system of air.）
组件损坏的危险（Component damage hazard. ）
在没有油的情况下操作，可能会导致液压泵的损坏。在给液压系统注油时，小心抽空油箱。不
要让液压泵出现气蚀情况。（The pump can be damaged if operated without oil. Be
careful not to empty the hydraulic tank while in the process of filling the hydraulic
system. Do not allow the pump to cavitate.）
2. 电池的维护（Maintenance of battery）
2.1 电池清洁
（Battery cleanance）
 每周检查和清洁一次。（Check and clean in each week.）
 用水清洗并用洁净的布擦干。（Clean by water and dry after.）
 检查桩头端子处是否有被腐蚀而产生的氧化物，如有请用开水冲洗后擦干，并涂抹一层黄油
保。（Check the if the terminal has been corroded, clean it by hot water and dry after, daub
grease on it for protection.）
