注意:使用安全臂支撑时平台上不得有载荷。检修时必须将其撑起,否则会造成严重事故,甚至人
员的伤亡。(Don’t engage the safety arm unless unload the platform.The safety arm has to
be engaged when scissor inspection, or cause to hurt or death.
1.6 刹车释放(Brake release
不推荐牵引电机驱动的机器,如果确实需要进行牵引,保证机器在收拢状态,牵引速度不能超过
3.5 km/h。(Towing the DC Motor Drive Model is not recommended. If the machine must be
towed, do not exceed 3.5 km/h.
1) 用楔子垫住车轮,以防止机器滚动。(Chock the wheels to prevent the machine from
rolling.
2) 将地面和平台控制器上的红色紧急停机按钮均拉出到位置。(Pull out the red
Emergency Stop button on both the ground and platform controls to the on position.
3) 向下拨动平台下降按钮,同时将钥匙开关转向地面控制侧以复位刹车。等待地面控制器上显示
98. 刹车释放字样,此时刹车已经打开(Press and hold lift switch to “down” position in
ground control, meanwhile turn on the key switch to the "Ground" position. The brake will be
released until the ground display shows No.98
