倾斜表面（Sloped surfaces）
不牢固或光滑表面（Unstable or slippery surfaces）
空中障碍物和高压电线（Overhead obstructions and high voltage conductors）
危险场所（Hazardous locations）
不足以承受机器所施加全部负载力的表面支撑物（Inadequate surface support to withstand all
load forces imposed by the machine）
风和天气状况（Wind and weather conditions）
出现未经许可的人员（The presence of unauthorized personnel）
其它可能出现的不安全情况（Other possible unsafe conditions）
3. 功能测试（Function Tests）
功能测试用于在开始使用机器之前发现故障。操作员必须按照分步说明测试机器的所有功能。禁止
使用出现故障的机器。如果发现故障，必须标记机器并停止使用。
The function tests are designed to discover any malfunctions before the machine is put into
service.The operator must follow the step-by-step instructions to test all machine functions.
A malfunctioning machine must never be used. If malfunctions are discovered, the machine must
be tagged and removed from service.
1) 选择一个坚实、水平且没有障碍物的测试区域。（Select a test area that is firm, level and
free of obstruction.）
2) 确保已连接蓄电池组。（Be sure the battery pack is connected.）
在地面控制器上（At the Ground Controls）
3) 将平台和地面的红色紧急停机按钮均拉出到“开”的位置。（Turn the red Emergency Stop
button clockwise to the on position at both the ground and platform controls.）
4) 将钥匙开关转至地面控制器。（Turn the key switch to ground control.）
5) 观察平台控制器上的 LED 诊断读数装置。（Observe the diagnostic LED readout on the ECU
window.）
⊙ 结果：LED 应如右图所示。（Result: The LED should look like the picture at
right.）
测试紧急停机（Test Emergency Stop）
6) 将地面红色紧急停机按钮向里推至“关”的位置。（Push in the ground red Emergency Stop
button to the off position.）
