Present an authorized
card and the system disarms.














Use Entry Delay When Disarming
If Entry Delay was programmed at the keypad for Area system types, the keypad sounds
an entry tone and displays ENTER CODE: if an access door was accessed. Present a
credential to the proximity reader. Once validated, the system disarms all areas accessible
by the credential and activates the Door Strike Relay. Area systems provide a delay to
allow selected areas only to be disarmed. See Figure 19.
