The joystick must be in neutral position before transferring control.
3.5.4 Returning to conventional operation
The Optimus 360 joystick control system is designed to work with a variety
of different EST systems provided by different engine manufacturers. Each
manufacturer has a unique transfer routine to switch from joystick control
back to conventional shift and throttle control, shown in the table below.
