Application specific instructions
Single-engine: Connect the ignition-sensing wire to the engine ignition.
Twin-engine application: Connect the port actuator sensing wire to the
port ignition and the starboard actuator sensing wire to the starboard
ignition.
Triple- and quad-engine applications: The ignition-sensing wires must be
connected in such a way that an ignition-on signal is received when any of
the engine ignition switches are on. Some boats may be wired to deliver
such an ignition signal, but you may require one (triple-engine) or two
(quad-engine) Dual Ignition Kits (HA1201) to combine the ignition from a
pair of engines into a single source.
