Engine Reassembly

z Coat the oil seal (P.T.F.E.) with
lubricating oil and assemble the oil
seal carefully for it not to deviate or
be damaged by means of special
tool. (Mandrel for assembling.)
z Attach the gasket on the surface of
cylinder block where the flywheel
housing is to be installed. (In order
to prevent the gasket slip down,
coat a grease on the cylinder block
surface.
z Temporarily assemble 2ea of guide
bolts for installing the flywheel
housing to the cylinder block.
z After fitting the flywheel housing
holes to the guide pins and engage
temporarily 2 ∼ 3 threads of fixing
bolts, and according to the
tightening order (zigzag method)
tighten them in the specified torque.
