2.7.3 FSC3000 Ethernet Port Setup
Before connecting to the FSC via its Ethernet adapter for card management and polling, you must configure
the Ethernet device.
Connecting the FSC to the Network
1. Before attempting to run the configuration utility, connect the FSC to the network using a standard
CAT5 network cable.
2. Remove the FSC power cable.
3. Connect one end of the cable to the device that provides an entry point into the network.
4. Connect the other end to the port label “E-NET” on the back of the FSC.
5. Plug the FSC power cable into the controller.
Configuring the FSC IP Address
ARTWare contains the software needed to configure the IP address of the Fuel Site Controller’s network
adapter. ARTWare can be downloaded from the OPW-FMS website at https://www.opwglobal.com/opw-
fms/tech-support/software/other-software-downloads.

Instructions for IP address configuration with the PV380 Digi board are as follows:
1. Download the "Digi Device Discovery" file found at https://www.opwglobal.com/opw-fms/tech-
support/software/other-software-downloads
2. In this folder is the program called “digiserve.exe”.
3. Run this application to configure the device’s IP address.
